Rules for Accela Community Online Behavior

By requesting an Accela Community account, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

While Accela does not pre-screen or edit messages posted in forums, comments made in blog entries, or other user-created content within Accela Community, we reserve the right to monitor such content and to remove any objectionable material at any time, in our sole discretion. Notwithstanding, you are advised that from time-to-time you may encounter materials which you find offensive. You are encouraged to report such materials to forum moderators, but you acknowledge that Accela's administrative rights concerning such materials are entirely discretionary and that we have no obligation to remove such materials.

In addition to the other terms and conditions described herein, you specifically agree to refrain from any of the following acts:

• Attaching or uploading any materials which contain viruses, corrupted files, or similar software or programs which may adversely affect the operation of a computer;
• Undermining the operation of Accela Community, any forum or blog within the community, or other Accela Community services;
• Accessing any Accela Community service using account information or passwords assigned to another user;
• Engaging in commercial behavior within the Accela Community services;
• Harassing other users or posting inappropriate, defamatory, or threatening materials or information;
• Violating any law, including but not limited to intellectual property laws;
• Encouraging other users to violate these terms and conditions; or
• Attempting to manipulate forum rankings by artificially inflating counts of visitors, message views, postings or other factors used in determining such rankings.

In its sole discretion, Accela may delete materials or information you post and/or terminate your Accela Community account in response to any violation of any of the terms and conditions hereof. You agree that Accela's judgment as to both the existence of a violation and the appropriate remedy therefor are final and you absolve Accela and its managers, employees, contractors, agents, and shareholders of any liability in connection with your use or Accela's operation of the Accela Community.
